Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Our goal at Nstproxy is to provide our customers with a reliable and long-lasting service. The complete agreement between Nstproxy (The Nstproxy) and you (The Customer or You) is contained in this Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Service Level Agreement. Before utilizing the service, please carefully read this document (as outlined in the Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement). It governs the delicate process of resolving disputes and answering any money-back inquiries that may come up during system use. Return decisions are often made in a day and are based on how closely users follow the return guidelines and payment methods. The reimbursement process could take up to 14 days.


Any disagreements resulting from a client's usage of the system or access to the services will be settled under the following Dispute Resolution Procedure:

Any disagreement resulting from using the system should be sent by email to [email protected] for Nstproxy's customer support to review. Please contact customer support with any questions you may have about refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

To request a refund, certain conditions must be met. Please note the following refundable and non-refundable events:

Refundable and Replaceable Events:

  1. The identical package was purchased twice, and as a result of the inadvertent double payment, you haven't yet begun to utilize the second package. Nstproxy can help you return the amount of the second package to your Nstproxy wallet.

  2. The Service Level Agreement specifies the hours during which the System is available.

Non-refundable Events:

  1. Incomplete or Inconsistent Customer Data: Refunds will not be provided if you have provided incomplete or inconsistent data during the registration procedure.
  2. Non-refundable Trial Period: The trial period, including situations where a promo code was used along with a balance top-up and funds were spent from the general account, is non-refundable.
  3. Account Suspension: If your customer account is blocked or suspended due to illegal activities, refunds will not be granted.
  4. Breach of Customer Obligations: If you fail to comply with the acceptable use of the system or the service, as defined in the Terms of Use, refunds will not be issued.
  5. Data Transfer Started: Once you have started transferring or receiving data through the system after purchasing via your customer dashboard, refunds are not applicable.
  6. Purchase Date: Refunds can not be requested for a package purchased or a wallet topped up more than 3 days ago.
  7. Service Quality: If the quality of services provided meets the conditions specified in the Service Level Agreement, refunds will not be provided.
  8. Expired Package: Refunds will not be granted for packages that have exceeded their time limitations.
  9. Connection Quality and Speed: The connection quality and speed are dependent on third-party capacities and are not within the control of Nstproxy. Any concerns regarding connection speed parameters are considered non-refundable events.
  10. Customer Software Compatibility: Nstproxy does not take responsibility for the compatibility of third-party or proprietary software used by the customer to access the system. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues with customer software.
